Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OMTME ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

  • Video cutting, thumbnail design, rendering, and reusable creative assets
  • A visual workflow builder for research, generation, review, rendering, scheduling, and publishing
  • Supported social connections, publishing tools, schedules, notifications, and analytics
  • API Profiles that let eligible users connect supported third-party AI services

Features, supported models, integrations, limits, and availability may change as the Product evolves.

03

Accounts & Security

You must create an account to use protected features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including workflow executions, model usage, uploads, connected social actions, and charges generated through API credentials you provide.

04

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete payment-card details. Prices, taxes, billing cycles, included features, and limits are shown before purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, paid access normally continues through the current billing period unless the Service states otherwise.

Plan changes and failed payments

Upgrades or downgrades may be prorated by Stripe. A failed payment may start a grace period of up to seven days. If payment remains unresolved, paid access may be restricted and the account may return to the Free plan.

Refunds and disputes

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us. A chargeback or payment dispute may result in temporary restriction while it is investigated.

05

Your Content & Projects

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, scripts, Storylines, media, captions, templates, workflow configurations, and other material you submit to the Service ("User Content").

You grant OMTME a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service or complete actions you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all uploaded material, brands, music, voices, likenesses, reference images, and source content. You are responsible for reviewing projects before exporting or publishing them.

06

AI-Generated Content

The Service can send prompts, source material, configuration, and media to the AI provider you select. Providers may include Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, and other model or media services made available in the Product.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review factual claims, rights, safety, and platform compliance before using or publishing any output.

Your ability to use an output may depend on applicable law and the selected provider's terms. OMTME does not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, availability, or fitness of AI-generated output.

07

Connected Accounts & Publishing

If you connect a supported social account, you authorize OMTME to access the approved account data and perform the actions you initiate, such as reading channel information, retrieving analytics, uploading media, or publishing scheduled content.

You remain responsible for destination settings, captions, disclosures, music and media rights, audience selection, timing, and compliance with each platform's rules. Automated schedules can execute without another prompt at run time; review and disable schedules you no longer want.

08

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Break the law, violate another person's rights, or breach a platform's rules
  • Create or distribute unlawful, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material
  • Impersonate others or misuse a person's voice, image, identity, or personal data
  • Upload malware, probe security, bypass limits, or interfere with the Service
  • Send spam, manipulate engagement, or publish without required authorization
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except where law or written permission allows
  • Use automated access outside documented interfaces or at a rate that harms the Service
09

API Profiles & Credentials

You may connect your own API keys, service-account credentials, or access tokens for supported providers. Credentials are encrypted before storage and used to perform requests you initiate.

You are responsible for keeping credentials valid and authorized, setting provider budgets and permissions, and paying provider charges. Removing a credential can stop dependent generations, workflows, or schedules.

10

Third-Party Services

AI models, social platforms, payment processing, authentication, storage, hosting, and analytics may be provided by third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, quotas, model behavior, and availability apply independently. OMTME is not responsible for changes, outages, rejection of content, or charges controlled by a third party.

11

Plan Limits & Enforcement

Plans may limit workflows, monthly or daily executions, transcription runs, Storylines, episodes, video projects, nodes per type, templates, schedules, social connections, team members, analytics, API access, advanced models, or other features. The limits shown in the Product control the applicable allowance. When a limit is reached, creation or execution may be paused until the limit resets, usage is removed, or the plan is changed.

12

OMTME Technology

OMTME and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interfaces, branding, templates supplied by OMTME, documentation, and underlying systems. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

13

Availability & Changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, integrations, or beta functionality. Generations and background jobs can be delayed or fail because of capacity, provider limits, safety controls, source-file issues, or external outages. You should keep independent copies of important source files and final exports.

14

Suspension & Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, unlawful activity, payment dispute, provider requirement, or harm to users or the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel a subscription at any time. Data handling after closure is described in our Privacy Policy.

15

Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, provider availability, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMTME is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, content, data, or third-party charges arising from use of the Service.

16

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
